The Red Dragon is a Seishin free-style martial arts club that have operated in the Drogheda and East Meath area under the guidance of Sensei Brendan Donnelly for more than 40 years.
The Japanese term Seishin is one’s inner being that derives spiritual fortitude from self-discipline. Free-style is a modern open-minded approach to martials arts training that is not restricted by one style but builds on the original concepts from multiple styles. It improves our student’s confidence, focus, health & fitness and reduces stress levels.
The Red Dragon Karate & Kickboxing is a member of Karate Ireland and the Irish Martial Art Commission, the national governing body for Martial Arts under Sports Ireland; our instructors are trained in coaching & safeguarding and our volunteers are garda vetted.
