Classes are based on a traditional Jiu Jitsu syllabus adapted for the present day, where adults of all experience levels, that are fit to train, are welcome.

First class is free and thereafter, training fees are €12 per class and our annual membership fee is €80 per member (student discounts available).

Registration is required before a member can start training so, please complete the registration form in advance; this is a safety, legal and regulatory requirement.

Training takes place in the Holy Family Community Centre, Ballsgrove, Drogheda, Co. Louth Google Maps on Monday’s from 8pm – 9:30pm.
